Join Our Queer AF 2025 Planning Committee

Queer AF, presented by Love Your Labels, is looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our 2025 planning team. This is your chance to be part of an impactful event that celebrates LGBTQ+ art, fashion, and community while raising crucial funds for Love Your Labels’ programs, including our Threads Youth Fashion Program.

At this time, serving on the Queer AF Planning Committee is a volunteer, unpaid opportunity.

We’re seeking committee members to take on key roles and help ensure Queer AF 2025 is our most exciting and successful event yet!

Expectations for Participation:

  • Meetings: Commit to attending bi-weekly meetings through June. Meetings switch to weekly in July, 8 weeks before the show.

  • Task Work: Dedicate 4–8 hours per month to out-of-meeting tasks, with increased commitments in the two months before the event and the week of the show.

  • Collaboration: Actively contribute to your role and work collaboratively across teams to ensure the event’s success.

How to Apply:

If you’re interested in joining the Queer AF 2025 Planning Committee, please complete our interest form to indicate your preferred roles and teams (see below for details). Folks who include resumes and/or cover letters sharing why you would like to participate, including relevant skills or experience you would bring to the committee will be considered strongly in our decisions.

Applications are open until Friday, February 21.

We can’t wait to work with you to make Queer AF 2025 an unforgettable celebration of art, fashion, and LGBTQ+ joy!
